  We asked this company to quote for a loft extension. Having scheduled a site visit, they cancelled at the last minute, after we had taken time off work to attend. Having phoned to reschedule They were extremely rude and arrogant - and I had to withstand a rant of abuse blaming me for inconveniencing THEM. Avoid them at your peril.
